Retreat starts Friday August 16th at 9:00 am and ends on Sunday August 18th after lunch.
Arrival and check in to your room begins on Thursday August 15th at 4:00 pm.
Please join us for dinner and an informal evening program on Thursday.

Single or Double: $150.00/night
Triple: $175.00/night
Note: Lodging rates are per room, per night and are subject to 10% occupancy tax.
Lodging fees are payable directly to Harmony Ridge Lodge. You must reserve your room directly with Harmony Ridge by calling or emailing Harmony Ridge Lodge directly.

Retreat Fee: $950.00
Early registration (paid in full before July 15, 2013): $850.00
Payment of your retreat fee is due upon registration and will reserve your spot.

Meals include lunch and dinner each day, beginning with dinner on Thursday August 15th. The program ends after lunch on Sunday August 18th. With advance notice, our caterer will accommodate specific dietary needs (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, vegan, etc).
CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY:
• Substitutions are permitted when received in writing on or before July 15, 2013.
• Cancellations received in writing on or before July 15, 2013 will receive a full refund less $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received in writing between July 15 – August 1, 2013 will receive a 50% refund.
• Refunds will not be granted after August 1, 2013.
• If we cancel, full refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for other costs incurred by you in anticipation of attending the retreat.
